Midwest supervisory, administrative and nursing personnel are available 24 hours a day for support, consultation and intervention. Questions and concerns are handled by senior leadership team members who care deeply about providing consistent and respectful care.
Midwest Health Services professional staff are trained on a variety of cutting – edge services, including Trauma – Informed Care, Person – Centered Planning, Employment First, and Positive Behavior Support Strategies. We believe that providing the most up – to – date training to our administrative and leadership teams and direct support staff, will assure the highest quality of services and care for those we serve.
Midwest specializes in caring for people with complicated medical needs in compliance with Medication Administration and Delegated Nursing regulations. Medical oversight is built directly into our services and our nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide support and technical assistance to our staff. These committed professionals also serve as liaisons between families and healthcare professionals. Our Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses have extensive experience serving people with disabilities. Many of our nurses are certified to teach the Ohio Medication Administration Certification Course.
