Midwest Community Services proudly started providing adult day and vocational service supports at the Medina County Board of Developmental Disability’s Center located on Windfall road. As a private provider within the Medina County Board, Midwest is able to connect the adults we provide care to with other adults and opportunities in Medina County. Midwest-Crossroads also visits other Midwest Day-Services, participates in community events and actively engages our participants in the activities of their choice.
