Midwest Community in Brook Park is located conveniently close to numerus amenities available in Cuyahoga County including close access to the Rocky River Reservation, Great Northern Mall, the Cleveland Zoo and downtown Cleveland to name a few. With the location being just outside Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, there is a vast array of opportunities to take advantage of in the area. The program offers a calendar full of community involvement as it targets being in the community 3-4 times weekly. The Community Center also can provide a variety of paid vocational work opportunities for those that come to its program. Work experiences for the Individuals that come to the program are initiated with the assistance of several community partners. In addition to Vocational Rehabilitation, the day program offers Adult Day Services in its over 10,000 square feet of space with multiple amenities including a sensory room, a media room, and four separate activity areas.
