Midwest Community has just opened a brand new Massillon location right in the middle of the community on Route 21 near the route 30 interchange. This location provides opportunities for adult day services and also vocational habilitation and training. The site has a kitchen established where we make candy and sell it to businesses around our community. We also have a state of the art Embroidery machine as we provide custom embroidery to those who want our service. We embroider a variety of items from shirts, hoodies, hats, and bags to much more. We also have community contract work where we can shred your legal documents, clean offices, and provide property maintenance services. For fun, come visit our game room and enjoy some ping pong, foosball, shuffle board or a variety of other games. The center is also a retail store operation where we will sell arts and crafts made by the individuals in the program and also the embroidery items we make. Those who attend learn a variety of skills such as counting cash, operating a register, customer service skills, selling, and all other facets of operating a retail store.
